We have partnered with Biddle-Shaw Insurance services, Inc., an established California licensed and continuously run San Francisco insurance brokerage firm since 1938.

PLEASE NOTE: To protect your business properly, we recommend an annual practice of obtaining and keeping on file
Certificate’s of Insurance from any/all Independent Contractors that are working out of your facility. Each certificate should
name your business and or you (depending on how your business is structured, i.e. as a Sole Prop or in an Entity structure) as an additional named insured.
1. Certificate’s of Insurance are essentially a proof of coverage.
2. Being named as an Additional Named Insured means the instructors insurance coverage will extend protection to
the certificate holder in the event of a covered loss.
